Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nicely done, stylish, and had good sound insulation. The bedding and amenities were sumptuous, and I appreciated the selection of complimentary refreshments. On the downside, the room I was in required going down a level on my first visit. It's a great place for a relaxing stay with the option of free cancellations.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were amazing with big balconies facing into the city, lovely and clean with great facilities. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very courteous and polite. The location couldn't have been better, ideal for exploring the city. The dining experience had quality foods to choose from. Overall, a great place to stay with exceptional views and friendly service.
Wow, my stay at this hotel was a mix of both good and not so good experiences. The rooms were lovely, with a comfy bed, but the noise made it impossible to sleep. On the bright side, I had access to a balcony, heated towels, bathrobes, slippers, and a bathtub, unlike other hotels in the area. However, getting to my room felt like a mini workout - from reception, up via the lift to the third floor, then down to the first floor by two flights of stairs, and finally navigating a very long corridor.
I was a bit disappointed with the noise coming through the vents from the neighboring room and the lack of view even though I paid extra. However, the room had a huge balcony which was a plus.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was lovely and really spacious, with an amazing bathroom. The service was superb, and the staff made us feel very special with thoughtful treats. The location is perfect, near everything. The dining was good but a bit pricey. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and very comfortable, with the only downside being some noise from the plumbing. The duty manager, Jamie, was extremely helpful and pleasant. The location was excellent, perfect for exploring Edinburgh, and the dining experience was enjoyable, even though it may have been a bit overpriced. The service was top-notch, with the staff being exceptionally pleasant and attentive.
